Run by S.R. Trust

Camila Children Cancer Fund

Every year more than 160,000 cases of childhood cancer are diagnosed and at least 90,000 children die of cancer.

But cancer detected at the early stages is curable.

The MMHRC Camila’s Children Cancer Fund provides free treatment for poor children affected by cancer. The scheme was started in MMHRC in 2006 in memory of Camila N, a 2 ˝ year girl, by Dr. S. Jayabose from New York Medical College.

What are we doing?

A normal period of treatment can take up to 3 years. MMHRC has already treated a number of children and it is currently treating children through the generous contributions of donors like you.

How can you get involved?

  • You will be invited on the day of “Donors Meet”
  • Your contribution will be published in the annual Charity Progress Report
